Every Maypatronic system ships with a local-service warranty. Here is what is covered, and how to claim.

LiFePO4 batteries

5-year limited warranty against capacity drop below 70% of rated, under normal daily-cycle conditions.

Hybrid inverters

2-year manufacturer warranty against component failure under specified operating conditions.

Solar panels

10-year product warranty + 25-year linear performance warranty from the manufacturer.

Accessories

1-year limited warranty on charge controllers, ATS, mounting, and cabling supplied by Maypatronic.

How to claim

  1. Message our support line on WhatsApp with your installation address and a short description of the issue.
  2. An engineer triages remotely and confirms next steps within one business day.
  3. For on-site visits, a technician is dispatched from the nearest covered city.

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage from non-approved third-party installation, physical impact, water ingress beyond IP rating, lightning, or use outside published specifications.
